Maybe you just don’t know how to read….I just said a more complicated version of exactly what you said in my previous comment. This treatment simply did not address my cause of the acne, and if you are in the teenage years it will probably not address yours either considering hormones and genetics cause in the upwards of 90% of all acne.
@p0is0narr0w maybe u dont no how to pin point ur acne, to tell that your diet is the problem. maybe you didint need this treatment. but dont leave bad comments on his video discouraging others. it could be just over oily skin, your diet, genetics. theres different treatments for different things.
Did you do every single thing Chris said to do in the book? I don’t think the oil on my face at night is going to do anything but clog my pores, so I’m avoiding that. But enemas here I comeeeeee.

I was 16 when I did all this if that means anything.
If you had a fracture in your knee Chris Gibson would let’s say blame it on a car accident. You falling down the stairs, getting hit with a bat, getting into an unfortunate fight, all of these would be impossible because he reasons with one sided concepts. The example I used was an attempt to explain how things have different factors. He says Candida Albicans is the only cause of acne, rather than one of them. That is why the book could be literally worthless to people like me who don’t have it.

No nothing happened whatsoever. The first time it got better for about 2 days. The 2nd time it got worse. the 3rd time nothing happened. I tried Acne No more’s Juice fasting 4 times with different combinations and they didn’t work either.

Hmm. And you’re supposed to give a gap of at least three weeks between each fast. If after that you still did everything perfectly and it failed, I have no words! Didn’t the redness come down and the bumps go in, at least a *little* bit?

That almost pisses me off in a way that you assumed I cheated during the fast. No I didn’t eat anything besides apples and drink water and followed the book perfectly….what would be the fucking point if I did it the wrong way.

the book says that in the end of the day you shuld wash your face with castor oil. shuld i leave the oil on for the hole night or just wash it away

The book says to give a gap of at least three weeks between each time you do the fast. And are you sure you didn’t cheat during the detox? Like even a little bit? Cuz that counts too..

shitttt our guy is cured . i have the apples , the oil , the water , grape juice , enema and the olive oil and iam ready to go . i tried every thing u could imagine and all of them did not work , i hope this will work . iam gonna do it after my exams , that will be in world cup finals time , so i will be enjoing the matches while iam fasting.
